A DIFICULT SITUATION.... NEED HELP TO ALL MY FRIENDS IN OPERA...

I have a friend of mine have a serious problem that can change his entire life depends upon the option he will take. The situation goes like this...

He has obligation to bank that has to be paid.. But due to recession his salary is insufficient to pay his debt and nobody will help him on this situation. Then he ask me what can I advised to him since he has 3 option on his mind.

Option 1 : Leave the country where he has debt and go home and a start a new business since if he cannot pay he will face the debt imprisonment...

Option 2: Stay the country where he has debt but sell his house on his country and pay all his debt.

Option 3: He can ask his company that he will go for vacation but secretly not to go home and the money for the ticket, annual leave pay and his current salary will be paid to his debt. But of course on this matter.. If the company knows what he did.. theirs a possibility the trust and loyalty will be vanished..

Even me also I cannot advise him the right way to do... Since those 3 option that he has... There will be an advantages and mostly in favor of disadvantages.

To all my friend in Opera.. Please help me what will be the best advise and which option he has to take....

Thank you.. need your help....

If the debt is that much, then let him go back to his country. But I don't know his country, so I don't know his chances there.
For me, I'll not like to loose what I have in my country bcos I'll definitely have to go back.
But one option I'll not fancy at all is the 3rd

if he can recoup the amount by continuing to work, then option 2 is the best. for selling a property he should take into confidence his family.

This is the situation his family doest want him to sell his house since thats the only house that they got.. His sister is living with him with his 3 kids and husband... So what do you think eswaran45? is option 2 is the best?

from what i could gather, i think your friend is an honest man. anyone asking for option has to be one. if he was otherwise, already he would have vanished. option 2 will be a big decision, but a correct one. he can always build/ buy another house. (his reputation will be intact)
best of luck to him.

Certainly I agreed with you... But of the course the last decision will be on his hand... Thanks...

best option is number 2.material things can be replaced in time.to run is wrong.he must stand up and be a man and face problem head on.he must remember that only he got himself into this situation.
paying off debt and starting again will eventually go in his favour, and in time he will be able to borrow again when his credit rating is good again.
