yo umbreon u can use hacked pokmon on PBR

do not max out there evs like 255 for each stat or 252

just do this

ablityt no gunrad (all attack acc r 100%)

item: focus slash or some thing that rise speed

pokemon (chosse wat u like best)

moves

agility
sheer cold
mean look
pering song

if a pokemon cnt take hits form sheer cold use mean look and pering song

note:it all rock types or steel that may have stunry (1 KO MOVES ALL WAYS FAIL)

either way youll still need to make (or buy) a pandoras battery. You can just get a fat psp battery and look at a tutorial on youtube on how to make one. As far as getting the file, just google it and you should be able to find the file, but youre on your own from there.
