spaggy, i'm 45 and taking in home courses through 2 different schools. i'm taking accounting, internet marketing from one school, to which i have already received my diploma from this school in Web Site Design & PC Repair. i'm also taking a course right now through another school. it is also a web site design course, but it is a more advanced one than the other one i took.

so u can go back to school at any age, and it don't matter y ur going, just that u want to further ur education.

Oh, Ive played that one before, but only for a while. Its sorta like the sims, except you can walk around in towns and other places.

First congratulations, i can imagine how happy are you. Your post and some comments(SqueakeyCat's) brought my hope back, i'm 25 and i haven't gradute, i didn't finish my carrer, i first started studing Law, then i quit and joined couple of times, then years later i began studying Marketing, which i liked but not as much as i thought, now i know i actually was looking for learning advertising, but i had to quit this time and now my future looks dark , i wish i could've graduate of anything but my motives were wrong, recently i understand why i didn't like school and dropped every time, i had the idea that i should study something to make money, and keep the things i liked as hobbies, but that turned to be a wrong way to see life. Now i know and discovered what i want to be, but now i can't study, can't afford it, now i'm working in a music magazine, which is a job i never thought i would be doing but i love it, and because of it i discovered how much i love designing, sadly is very badly payed, but i have the time for another job, get some money, buy a camera, a photography course, and i want to join a design school. hope i can make this come true. Sorry for the long post . Congrats again. byes.

I think you'll do great. Look at Teri, she's already caught the eye of thousands. She's just a simple person, fufillying her greatest dreams. I'm sure your in the same boat. I really hope that you will have success!! Good luck with school, and your good luck with your studying.

never think that just because you stopped something, that u could never finish it. the only thing that i can say that i never accomplished over the years, is that i did not finish my Cosmetology Course (beautician).

but i can say this. since i started to do "home study" through PCDI (now known as Ashton University) and Penn-Foster Schools, i have gotten my diploma in Web Site Design (to where i'm now taking a second course of), and a diploma in PC Repair as well (to which i was able to finally get a PC that i could use with the course, even though i already have my diploma. but that is not where i want to stop with it. the course i took, was for A+ Certification, which means, that i would be STATE Certified to work as a PC Repair Technician).

since getting those 2 diplomas, i am now enrolled in an Accounting Course (diploma...that i have decided that when i finish the diploma course, im going to continue the class with the Associates Degree Program that takes 4 yrs, and all i have to pay is $38 usd per month)

if you can afford $38 a month, u can afford to go back to school, as so many of the correspondence schools also have High School Diploma Courses as well, for those that did not finish High School.

so, i have this left to say:

NEVER let anyone tell you that you cannot do anything, for if they do, then they are just telling you that they couldn't do it themself and don't want to see anyone else succeed at in what they didn't.
