Opera Web Standards Curriculum Launched!

Whenever I go to a conference or even when I meet some random geeks/developers, the one topic that always comes up is the fact that there is not one centralized single place where all relevant information for web standards and proper web development is available. The Opera WSC plans to change that.
The WSC is an initiative taken by Opera and involves a number of industry veterans as Christian Heilmann and Mark Norman "Norm" Francis of Yahoo!, Peter-Paul Koch of quirksmode.org, Jonathan Lane, Linda Goin, Paul Haine, Roger Johansson of 456bereastreet, and Jen Hanen.
I know a number of colleges and universities that still teach table-based web development and have no clue about how adhering to web standards would help the web become better. Hopefully you could guide them all to the Opera WSC and let them see the light!
I would strongly advise teachers to take this course (tailor it according to your needs) and teach students proper web development techniques. Even if you have a good web development course structure of your own, the Opera WSC can serve as a useful external reference for students.
