J & J Delights had originally just been for fun. It had been my brainchild funded by my sister. I did the cooking and she did the backing. She was my silent partner. I’d taken Stacy on after meeting her in a college class I’d taken for fun. She wasn’t that great for cooking with creativity the way I was but she could follow a recipe and she had a head for planning and organization. We hired others as we needed them on an event to event basis.
...I've had a few Business Law classes but thanks to a significant lack of sleep and being unable to find the textbook I kept is what I wrote above realistic and sensible? Just need a yes or no answer.
Or if anyone knows what to call that type of business please let me know. Thanks!
