Chrysanthemum Burst, from T2 (www.T2tea.com), an example of the Chinese flower burst style of tea, a tightly bound ball which slowly bursts open when steeped. I've been wanting to try one for years, and got the opportunity last weekend the day after my birthday - thanks Kim. And the tea? Subtle, with fresh, grassy smell and, obviously, Chrysanthemum.
