Life
Hello friends! It's been a long time since the good ol' 70s! But I remember you as if it was only yesterday. I have been in the States since we parted ways. Living mainly on the East Coast. I went to college in North Carolina and studied Computer Science. I have been working with PCs ever since. I am a system engineer (MCSE) and design, setup, and support mid-size networks across the US and the world. Some clients have offices across all time zones. Most of my clients are law firms and for the past 5 years this has planted me in Washington, DC.

Mom and Dad are doing fine back home in Iran. I actually went back for the first time back in 2004! The Iranian revolution has wrecked the country and economy there. It was sad for me to see one of the richest places on earth doing so poorly! The country has certainly been blessed with all the oil, gas, and minerals. But mis-management and lunacy runs high. The Mullahs are in charge and not letting go! I wish the Marines were going there next!

I went to the southern coast of Iran on my last trip there (a few months ago). There is a beautiful island called Kish I visited. It is so gorgeous with clear blue water and palm trees every where. I may move there sometime in the near future! Being on the Gulf it is close to Dubai. The island has a very western atmosphere unlike the rest of the country. It has an international airport and easy to get to.

I was in Rome and Paris last summer on the way home from here. I stayed for 2 weeks but didn't make it to Lausanne. Well this is most of it for now. Will update later. Take care of yourselves and hope you are doing well.
