Some fun I had while finishing up my degree at UNCG. The campus radio station had just had a frequency change from 106.1 to 103.1 to settle an interference dispute with a commercial FM station in Durham, NC. The sign on the wall was to remind everyone to please quit saying the old frequency by accident. The station transmitter only had an output of 10 watts, but the antenna was way up, so coverage was good. Image from 1989.

That's not by any chance 'Safety dance', is it?

That's exactly what it is! I was a dance-a-holic when I was in my 20's and 30's, especially after a few beers.

Heh. Loved that song, I just couldn't understand why.

As soon as it came on you'd find me doing my patent stupid groove-walk.

I think I may be doing it now...
