quickie dinner from hell's kitchen

Image #1: Squash was on sale at the market, nearly free, so here's a giant skillet of it ready to go.

Image #2: Chicken soaking in a marinade.

Image #3: Warming up the George Foreman grill, lol. That thing is probably fifteen years old. It cooks fast and easy.

Image #4: Grilling the chicken indoors. It was raining out.

Image #5: Somebody arrives just in time to help me eat it.

The "reducing" word is superimposed over a slim waste silhouette. A slim waste, like Coxy's.

Because I've cut way back on salt, Mrs. Dash is one of my favorite seasonings!

I think any brand will do, but I do like my Foreman and actually use it frequently. One issue, it has Teflon on it, and it's on thick. I use it anyway, but some people say there can be health issues with it. My parakeets die every time I use it. j/k
