It's rare when a commercial makes me roll off the sofa and gasp for breath. I just saw this on the TV tonight, and my chest still hurts.

Dots are gumdrops, by the way. I'm in Charlotte, North Carolina, for work again. I had some good tacos for dinner. The Dots are for a late-night snack. They are low in calories, fat free, and only a few scarey ingredients. I guess fruit would be a better choice, but I wanted candy.

I ramped up for Halloween all week by watching some nice horror movies. Thanks also to Jason and Pinhead for enriching our spooky side.

Image #1: We only had about 8 trick or treaters, so here is the leftover candy. So yummy and oh so healthy.
