Every time I pass through Wilson, NC, I have to have the gorditas you see in the picture that I took just before wolfing them down. You get 3. One is chicken, one carne asada, one is nopalitos. I'm hopelessly addicted to them. Las Amacas restaurant is on the desolate side of Wilson. but the atmosphere is very good. A plate of 3 very yummy stuffed gorditas will run you 6 bucks.
