i got really tired tonight.
i wanted some caffeine.
i had a bottle of
diet mountain dew.
i consumed a small amount of it earlier.
now i need more.
and guess what?
i lost it:
in my room
!!!it's not a huge room, at the least.
yet somehow it vanished
!now i'm stuck in a tired state with no caffeine.
the notion of making
coffee seems too apparent an intention of wakefulness.
so...
where the fxck is my
diet mountain dew?!?
(ps - i'm still searching for it at this very moment.)

i've always found all muppet peeps to be hella funny, and this is noooo exception.

New couple? Anderson Cooper attended the 6th Annual Sesame Workshop Gala last night with Elmo. You know those two are doing it. The Silver Fox and the Hot Muppet Ginge! Hottest couple ever.
I don't know which muppet chick that is in the second thumbnail below, but she's a slut! Look at how she's trying to grab at Andy's silvercrotch.

i kinda wanna do an online audition for that paris hilton mahoohaw mtv deal, where she is supposedly looking for a new best friend - on a reality show!
suuuuch a silly concept! and sooo very paris hilton! kinda fun, right? well...maybe.
anyway, i think if i made a good solid plan for an audition video to submit, then got really drunk (but not so drunk, that i couldn't execute it properly) i might have a standing chance to get closer to getting on the show.
i'd probably make up a lot of stuff though about my sadly boring life. i'd say i have inside connections at starbucks, and i go to clubs for free, and that i have more friends than i can remember (really, i only have like 4 real life friends). but it would sooo be worth it to see if my video got me anywhere closer to the show.
in all honesty though, i really don't want to be on television, nor do i want to be paris hilton's fake friend.
but her real life friend (as in not from a reality show)...perhaps?

who wouldn't want to say that they personally know the infamously vapid celubante, and can confidently call her a friend? that would be pretty fxcking sweet, especially in this media and "whatever" driven world.

opera, ughh
so yeah, i only downloaded the newer version of Opera becase i wanted to see the new features. well...i had nooo idea of how sucky the performance would be!
gag! 
nothing! and i mean nothing works as it did before.
previously, i said that opera was nimble, fast, and relaible; but unfortunetly that is no longer the case (as of current). 
my mail in opera is really messed up, all of my feeds somehow got deleted, sites display worse than before, i get constant freezes in opera 9.50 (fyi: as i was writing this article, i got two "New blog post - Opera (Not Responding" messages), gmail is sooooo fxcked up now, it's suuuuuch a memory hog, and sooo many more aweful flaws. ughhh!!
so...my point?
f-ing fix the newer version of Opera by a great deal before it passes its beta stage, cause it absolutely suxx!!!
otherwise, i'll switch to firefox (lolz).
is anyone else having the same problems??

i always, always love this site's welcome screen image. it's constantly kewl and seemingly relevant.
the welcome screen invariably gives a youthful portrait of the opera community. perhaps to give the impression of a newer, less widespread, internet browser and community ?
by using opera, one certainly is not another part of the massive pack of IE and firefox users; making it feel much more exclusive, if not better.

i swear. the Opera browser is quite simply the best.
l luv it! 
so many features, yet so nimble and reliable. no amount of firefox extensions or anything from anywhere can compete with what Opera has to offer...
...everything from internet security, to downloading (including bit torrent!), to fully intergrated email/newfeeds client, and sheer speed...and not to mention...the fun of the Opera Community! even such simple thigs as the ability to "clear all" in text fields is proves to be so unexpectedly usefull

video, flash, gom
in the past i've always had problems when it came to trying to play flash video (.flv files) that i downloaded from youtube or myspace.
and the videos that would work in one player, wouldn't work in another. plus the biggest frustration i had was the inability to effectively seek to a certain part in a video.
recently though, i was fortunate enough to find a small, seemingly compact, but powerful media player that fits all of my video needs.
it's the GOM Player.
it plays most video formats, dvds, even broken .avi files, and flash video (like from youtube). and it is the only video player that is able to forward through a flash video. yay!
plus the user interface is much nicer than other flash players, like vlc media player. which is a large plus.
...so yes, if you need something that works well with videos, esp. flash videos, then i highly recommend gom player!

mr. coffee, simcity, no, meh
so...no, i didn't get a laptop for my birthday. but more than likely it will be a graduation gift.
however, i got some smaller goodies;
like a Mr. Coffee,
SimCity 4,
a New Order and Goldfrapp CD,
etc....
so i was quite content.
