Where is Victoria Station?

Would anyone of you expect that question in Dublin? No? Me neither.
But it's exactly what one guy asked me about 5 minutes ago.
His English wasn't very good(as he stated himself) but the question was clear and he confirmed he is looking for Victoria Station in London.
I asked him if he is aware he's in Dublin. I don't think he was or maybe he didn't understand.
I then decided to explain him how to get to the bus that will get him to city center.
After he left I started to wonder if maybe there's a camera crew hidden somewhere but nope - noone was around. And after googling 'Victoria Station' could only find the one in London but none in Dublin.
He didn't look drunk or stoned so it's no option.
And how did he end up here??? on the outskirts of Dublin in the midle of University campus?!
Oh well, to everyone that thinks that learning languages and geography is pointless: better learn it than end up on the wrong island
