Sorry if I ramble on... The web browser isn't updated by nintendo. it is owned by opera. It adds functionality to upload pictures directly to facebook. Just to go to the photo album tap a picture and where there is the star, heart, and clover there is a new one next to it, the facebook logo, and just follow the instructions. Besides that it is mainly source code adjustment. They just make the DSi run more efficently with fewer crashes. You'll hardly notice. And since you can't access your computer. You might want to check out these sites. I have a dsi myself, and these sites are pretty cool. Have fun!

Dsitube.webs.com-it's not working yet but it will be YouTube for the dsi
dsicade.com-a whole bunch of games specifically for the dsi. There is even a chatroom app. It's pretty cool.
