Turtle

Fairly decent weekend. I had a total relapse back to that stupid stomach sickness crap and I was out all weekend. At least I got to relax though, and with no finals tomorrow I'm easy all over.
So why is the title of this blog post "Turtle"? Here's why:
Yep, I am now the proud owner of a turtle. I haven't figured out a good name that doesn't involve the Ninja Turtles, though.
My dad found him during a pit stop in a parking lot on our way back from Connecticut. He literally approached me with it and asked me if I wanted a turtle. I figured it was in good shape and I've never had a turtle before, so I kept it. I've already got a nice big tank for it (from previous pets), so I'm gonna go to the pet store tomorrow and get some turtle food. If it gets homesick (or I get sick of it) I can always return it from whence it came. Well, not to the parking lot, but to the pond that was a little bit further down. I figure it has to come from somewhere, and that seems a lot more likely than a dry old parking lot filled with cars.
