A third Vietnamese noodle house

This is a third Vietnamese noodle house in the area. An older, busy one. Currently my second choice. Normally it is full. It does not look very busy here because it was late and it had been raining all day. They have a better menu for rice and noodle plates but I find their noodle soup sometimes not hot enough.
