Autumn is nice. Your Autumn leaves are pretty

Thank you. Glad you enjoy it.

It hasn't really started here, yet, and we've had the driest Summer I can recall ... I have no idea what sort of colours we're going to get.

It's nice to see yours.

solid copper 1. October 2009, 17:01

It has only just started. Temperature change is more abrupt.

Loved the time I was in New England in the fall just beautiful nature at it best, mind you it got a bit cold in winter, never seen ice as thick, glad I got home before the mud slides started!

solid copper 1. October 2009, 17:16

Hehe. I lived there for a few years. Snow boots are absolutely required. Not too cold though compared to other areas of the US.

daxonmacs 1. October 2009, 17:30

Nice colours indeed. It is only just starting to change here.
Hot and dry August has caused leaves to fall off immediately, instead of offering a nice palette of reds and yellows.

solid copper 1. October 2009, 17:39

We just got some rain and so still lush green leaves everywhere.

daxonmacs 1. October 2009, 17:44

The ones that are still hanging on the tree's branches are still green, others just fell right off.
I'll be in the park attending a vernissage on Saturday with the girls, and there I'll check the trees.

Bob 2. October 2009, 05:42

The trees here haven't started to change yet. I think we will start seeing fall colors in a week or so.

Tab 4. October 2009, 15:48

The leaves started to change here in early September. There hasn't been any sunshine here in two weeks, so I haven't done much photographing of anything.

I really liked Oregon out of all the states...it was all good really. Never got to Canada but there's time yet I reckon

Tab 4. October 2009, 17:45

I have been through most of the US, and all of Canada.

Both countries have beautiful sites worth visiting.

act2bmp 4. October 2009, 18:22

Nice. I worked for a US company so I got about abit but Id like to go to Canada one day. My brother had 6 months in Canada he loved it.

I moved around alot for the US job only with the 90 day laws for its immigrant workers I had to leave US turf when 90 days were up.

I loved the travelling. I'd come home to the Toon (Newcastle) for some time out then back to the US. The travel was better than the job but ain't it always

Kimberly 17. October 2009, 18:11

i love the colors of fall, but don't like the weather that goes with it...lol

der Wandersmann 17. October 2009, 18:22

I like the weather ... at last, I can take a deep breath of cool air! Summer causes me to retire to the AC.

Kimberly 17. October 2009, 19:40

lol, i like the ac too in the summer

solid copper 18. October 2009, 20:35

It's been raining like crazy most of the week. When it did it was very dark and gloomy. Well, the sun just broke out.

Tab 18. October 2009, 21:21

I have no AC. Hot weather causes me to perspire...one reason to appreciate the cooler weather I guess.

Deb Platt 4. November 2009, 16:54

With just the fringe of the leaves turning red, I think that the trees are blushing.

solid copper 21. November 2009, 08:17

I like your "blushing" observation. It was the very beginning of autumn.
