Midnight wings

Last night, after a five-hour sleep before midnight, with dreams and all, I did wee hours cooking again. This time I tried to perfect a new way of preparing chicken wings. It's some East-West fusion in style.I love chicken wings. I crave for them every now and then. Because I need them so often, I also need them in many different flavours. Luckily, I have inherited some cookery genes from my late father, who was a professor by trade but is known for his culinary skills and ability to cook up meals for departmental faculty gatherings. In addition, I have good memory and natural instincts that I trust and use. So I can easily spend a few dollars on raw material and quickly cook up a delicious dish in my own kitchen, without relying on any cookbook. I only need to decide which flavour I want at a particular time. The other day, I did a quick mental count and found myself able to come up with at least a dozen flavours of wings. They are all basically Chinese or oriental styles. Well, China is a big, diverse country.
