Like A Teapot

"Enlightened or not, it is all the very same. Have a cup of tea! "

My heart, my heart, be strong and free

Don't think I would come hard on you, ever!
Of course, I would
But like an innocent feather
You'd be passing by
And I'd register
Your light
And the shifts of colours

That's really cool. I love those colours and the light in that piece. Very vivid.

I am glad you like it. I certainly do.

I should get something like this to color ...my life. Do love your post
Have a beautiful Sunday!

You too. I like your posts too and wish I could read your Vietnamese posts. I noticed you are a bit down and wish I could cheer you up.
Maybe you can go shopping. Just don't stay in the house too long when you are sad. You will feel better after a walk outside because of the distraction and your perspective may change.

Thanks so much solid copper. I wish "my hurricane" would go away soon too. You did cheer me up by coming over my blog.

You are very welcome. I hope you get peace soon.

very clever poem, you notice! people, things... and you do fantastic artwork!

solid copper 17. August 2009, 10:21

Thanks, Jill. But that's not my artwork. It was sent to me as a gift by the man who loves me. He is the author of that poem.

studio41 17. August 2009, 11:18

sorry for the mistake, what a sweet gesture... and it is a very nice poem

solid copper 17. August 2009, 11:48

No need to be sorry. I appreciate your comments.

studio41 18. August 2009, 04:28

Lucky lady! it's not everyday you get gifts like that

derWandersmann 20. August 2009, 16:23

And it is also nice that you have someone who loves you ... but I somehow don't think that it would be too difficult!

BTW ... you need a polarising filter.

solid copper 22. August 2009, 01:53

You are right, Jen.

You are right too, dW.

Polarising filter, eh? Got a lot to learn.

derWandersmann 22. August 2009, 02:23

It screws into the front of your lens, or maybe slips on ... take your camera to the store when you go to buy one.

When it's on, you look throught the lens and rotate the filter until those specular highlights and reflections disappear. The only ones it won't get rid of are reflections from metal.

solid copper 22. August 2009, 02:26

Thanks, dW. You are kind to tell me all this.
