About me

When I was much younger I enjoyed writing a great deal. Over the years I lost interest for several reasons and have only realised how much I missed it. Writing letters to friends or spasmodic journal entries is all well and good but I'd like to try and revive the passion I had as a child/teenager for writing.

Particularly as, later on this year, I am (fingers crossed) moving from Australia to Argentina for (hopefully) six months, perhaps even longer. Then again it may end up only being an extended holiday till I run out of money... Whilst away I'd like to be able to share my experiences with my family, friends and anyone else who might be interested in the journey of one person returning to their homeland with the hope of finally discovering what life might have been like (what I might have been like) if I'd actually be raised there.

I've kept a lame attempt of a private journal with Opera on and off , but I'd like to try and do things properly now... There will always be private posts - sometimes I just need to write things down as I no longer want to carry them around in my head - but they are usually things that would be of no interest to anyone else or none of your business.
