Everything for Everyone

The miserable life of the IT slave - Day One

This is the miserable life of a computer programmer slave working for an international company.

Day One

Two days ago I was informed that I have five days to finish the first part of a project and then five more days to finish the second part. That sounds reasonable were it not for the fact that there I have a lack of information I need to do the work and that I'm working on multiple projects at the same time .

Obviously "the powers that be" :king: :queen: allways give you a used match and wet paper to light the fire, and when you can´t do it, it´s your fault because you should have worked harder to complete all your projects on time.

But that´s the IT slave destiny, and to supply the coffe of course :clown:.

See You Later, The IT Slave.

It's typical on any mediocre company around the world, you know. IT workers have to deal with all the karma of the entire staff of employees and management. They ask to us magician's tasks but treat us almost like coffee boys. The saddest thing about is reading articles from colleagues around the world approving all this sh*t and putting itself on they side, saying that we must change and be more (yet more!) flexible, submissive and taking care of each manager's whim, in a complete ball-sucking behavior.
