And Now For A Change

What do you know!! No real change at all- more sunset shots.
And still more of them to come. Just need to get organised.
I haven't done a tap of 3D work since before Christmas. Every time I start up modeler I end up closing it down a few hours later with nothing to show for the time. Its that whole blank page thing that the writers and artists out there will know all too well.
Its the empty screen, its almost hypnotic.
I think I need to go back to something that I was working on way back, Some of you may remember the navigator, my most chronically incomplete project. I have been doing bits (really small bits) on him for years it seems.
Perhaps the familiar will snap me out of it?
On the blank screen effect, yes I've had my share of white page induced hypnotic trances. Could be you're on the verge of something great, also.
Sometimes I will revisit the odd old unfinished ideas but most of the time they only depress me. I was working on a robot short for a while then "Robots" came out and shoved that idea way back again. Now here comes "WALL-E" ... Ah well. I digress.
Maybe this will inspire or at least entertain:

I really do hope that you got well into 2008?
and that things are not too bad with you.
I have no problems with your frequent absense and other stuff... I have not been much better myself.
Sad to hear about the blank page scenario you have run into, I do know the feeling though and turning back to something familiar is not a bad way to come about it.
I do the same and it works, either that or something specific and relativily simple to get my creativity boiling again...
