The trustee has tabled a notice of motion at the local school district asking that if the former U.S. vice-president's look at the causes and dangers of climate change is being screened for students, they should also see the British documentary, "The Great Global Warming Swindle."

"I've read enough that there is more than one thought in the issue of climate change, global warming and that Al Gore is not the be all and end all of opinion about that," she said today.

Stilwell said it's one thing if parents want to take their children to see the film, but another if it's screened in schools.

"People expect what students would see at school would be balanced or if there's controversy that there would be more than one view presented to the students because that's what they should be able to expect from the education system," Stilwell said.

Though I believe in Global Warming, I agree other views must be given a chance to discuss climate change. The topic IS controversial. Can't say if it's as controversial than the topic of evolution (Should Intelligent Design be taught?? Um...I'll get back to u!). But nevertheless there are skeptics for GWarming. I may sound like a US spokesman against climate change, but I assure u, I am not .

There are two other documentaries, one about Global Dimming by BBC's Horizon (though not really Anti-warming), and the other is the 'Great Global Warming Swindle' by Channel 4. Again, I believe in global warming and dimming, but the otherside must be heard when it comes to education. So thought I put my two cents on that in this blog. Boy it sure is empty with comments! I'll take anything for a comment, even if it's a 'Hi' or 'U suck'! The two links of Global warming alternatives are given below
