I think it's a very smart recommendation.Of course,I think people will need to opt-in or out beforehand on their medical preferences.It is very possible a person beforehand maybe carrying the disease or may have contracted it in the accident itself if by chance the blood mixes with someone else in the casualty who also had the disease,it's rare but possible.More tests must be considered at casualty.It won't catch everyone with diseases,but if it catches 1 or 2 ppl early,costs will be worth it

With all troubles in the world,the UN didn't need this.With all the problems in Pakistan,Pakistan didn't need this.Isn't there at least ONE operation the UN's been successful in?I know of the UN Pakistani peacekeepers in Haiti,anything fishy there?Canadians in Haiti?Timor?Despite Pakistan being the biggest contributers,the UN should have finished their inquiry and passed some judgement.Even if the govt rejected it,still do ur damn job out of principle.Many posters here are right.Corruption is strife in UN.Undemocratic Security council,Kofi's son, Healthc workers,troops.They should hold themselves accountable,and this was such a chance.But they didn't.How do u fix broken states by broken UN?

SENT: 24-May-2007 12:58 COMMENT: When a generation inherits problems of previous generations,they won't improve.Should Palestinians fight for a home they've lost and pass to the nxt generation?Should they move on?Do other Arabs want Palestinians to give up,hence give up Jerusalem to Zionists?Should govts allow them to integrate?Some of them hv moved to other ME parts and the West,but still look home.Perhaps Arabs,Palestinians should shut these camps?Slowly get visit rights.When there's less restrictions then let them return.
