Thanks! It really is a nifty little music blog tool. Yeah, I change the top song once in a while...hadn't heard this song for like a year or something, and it came on my car's radio a week back...so it stuck and had to put it at top. Thanks for dropping by, i wouldn't be messing with fuzzy pics over my courses either!

This song is a remix of the original movie soundtrack. The original soundtrack is from the movie 'Requeim for a Dream'. A very depressing movie,but if u could watch thru Grave of the Fireflies then I think u'll be able to watch thru Requeim for a Dream.

I like that. Music should depend on the mood for everyone. If I were a only Metal guy, I could never make the experience of listening to U2, Prodigy, Snoop, classic music, etc...

BTW: Did you knew that your brain shows up to 10 % more activity when you are listening to Mozart?

Hamstor: ur music sounds like my diversity. I also heard of 10% more brain activity listening to Mozart and other classical music. If tht's true...how come I get so damn bored after a minute??!!

I think every time I add a song, I'll do a li'l commentary on it.

This one's from Eddie Vedder (of Pearl Jam) and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan (now deceased). It was used in the soundtrack for Dead Man Walking starring Sean Penn and Susan Sarandon. Nusrat was on tour during those days and had teamed up with some notable musicians in the West to create their own unique fusions. Enjoy!

Just added K-os's Crucial. A Toronto native, he's got one of the best hip-hop/pop fusion. He's a grass-roots level kind of guy instead of a high roller. He's talented and up there with Outkast. He's even got his own imeem.com profile!
