OK Transformers...Well, the movie had awesome special effects and the jokes were nice and of course Megan Fox, who seemed to care more for Bumble Bee more at the end than Shia. Luved the way Optimus killed Bone Crusher. And he had that awesome speech on freedom for sentinent beings...very Shakesperean.

Why, oh why, did they hv to give him lips...it just ain't optimus! It had a gay ending which really negated the whole Optimus vs. Megatron. They're relationship was painted as more of a Xavier vs. Magneto, dumbing down the all evil that Megatron was portrayed with in the toons,with giving him a reason for his 'evilness'.

For some reason the writers painted Bumble Bee as a stereotypical alien non-speaking robot that forms a bond with a special boy that u see in the cartoons. A little wasted there, but u do feel for him, though it just ain't Bumblee Bee.

A lot of weird stuff close to the end, such as Secretary of Defense brandishing a rifle(ironic touch?). Anyways, all in all a good movie to watch at the cinema. U won't be overly disappointed with the portrayl of the decepticons and the autobots, which reminds me, they could hv done better with Star Scream but they did show him as the king of the skies and u got a sense of his power from Iron Hide's pointing out his imminent attack.

Anyways, where was I...yea a good movie to watch on the big screen. It'll hardly be a classic but it isn't ruined that most die hard critics claimed. So my recommendation...enjoy it on the BIG screen!

In the comics, Megatron was meant to be a scientist who came up with a way of turning their planet into a rocket powered death star type thing. Bet this new reason isn't as bad as that.

Oh sorry...shouldn't hv mentioned abt BoneCrusher...but it's an understatement and u'll still enjoy that scene...Megatron has that line of idea but yea he's different from the Toon and the Comic.

Hi Japanese1 (nice military type code name). Yup, transformers opened on 3rd July in Canada. My younger cousins were in luv with the movie. I'm an old fan, but I consider myself a movie critic too. It's a good movie for the Cinema.

Well if u're like 14 to 19 years old, like my cousins were, u'd probably rate it at a 8-10. I'm in my mid 20's and I'd rate it at a 7-8. It's not a classic,but it is worth watching because of the special effects...no doubt.

Story isn't strong and weak(feels like there's loopholes and not much of a plot). Characters are very good and entertaining with fine,even excellent, acting(though some transformers are underdeveloped).

Hey Cois. Sequel's coming...definitely! The producers and writers made sure of that at the end. They'll try riding on the profits as much as they can. If there is one, I'll definitely watch it. I don't c it ruining this movie or the franchise.

Hey I just hav seen transformers, & I really like it, well I would like it more, but there was a lot of little kids running & screeaming all over the place, it really got me upset so I didn't enjoy the movie at all... anyway... speaking about the movie, i should Say It was good... but... I totally hated that kid ... I can't remember his name.. the one that got involved with bumble bee... that boy was so... DUMB jaja...

Hey Franco...Shia Labeouf was the Actor and his movie name was Sam. I thought he was alright, but I agree tht his relationship wiht Bumble Bee wasn't gr8. Can't believe there were kids running around the theater! That must suck!
