Yahoo! usernames

So I go to Yahoo to check out if they're up to something cool, and decide to try and create an account over there to test if they've changed that somehow. I then tried to actually come up with a usable username. After giving up (as all are taken, it seems, and I refuse to be stephan5868), I started getting silly.

These usernames ALL are registered with Yahoo!:

It's getting crowded :)HAPPY NEW YEAR :)

It drew me crazy before. Then I just gave up.
It's obvious to me that all these silly usernames are not taken at all. Maybe Yahoo tries to protect users and itself from brute force spamming.
Just a thought... But that "feature" is not good for newcoming potential users anyway. I don't want to be Joe3753 - I'm not a robot, I want to be at least CrazyMazyJoe!
