La Cina si prepara alle Olimpiadi facendo strage di gatti
In vista delle Olimpiadi, la Cina si fa bella sulla pelle dei gatti. Lo riferisce il Daily Mail che denuncia la strage dei felini randagi. L'eliminazione sta avvenendo sulla scia della campagna di allarme del governo contro le malattie di cui i felini sarebbero portatori. Le autorità hanno ordinato anche ai cittadini di collaborare nel ripulire le strade dai poveri animali.

L'appello degli animalisti - Gli animalisti cinesi stanno lanciando in tutto il mondo un appello che fa davvero accapponare la pelle. Secondo quanto riportato sulle pagine del Times da Qin Xiaona, il capo di un'associazione in difesa degli animali, i gatti, ma anche i cani randagi, stanno facendo una fine orribile.

Gatti costretti in gabbie piccolissime - I felini vengono costretti in gabbie talmente piccole da non riuscire nemmeno a rigirarsi, e destinati a veri e propri lager della morte appositamente istituiti. E la situazione è molto peggiore per i cani. Le associazioni si sono offerte di aiutare le autorità per togliere dalla strade gli animali "in modo umano", ma la loro richiesta "è stata ignorata". Inoltre gli animalisti temono ritorsioni da parte dei vertici al potere, soliti a punire le voci dissidenti con il carcere se non con la pena di morte.

L'orribile modo di farsi belli - Le autorità sono irremovibili: per salvaguardare l'immagine e far apparire Pechino linda durante i Giochi in giro non ci dovrà essere nessun animale abbandonato. Strano modo di farsi belli agli occhi del mondo. Se questo massacro continua c'è da credere che per le vie gli atleti e i numerosi turisti non incontreranno neppure un randagio, ma questo per la Cina non sarà di certo né un onore, né un motivo d'orgoglio.

Questa notizia, fonte:Tiscali News,accresce la mia voglia di boicottare i Giochi Olimpici in Cina, un paese di cui non condivido assolutamente le scelte politiche, economiche o, semplicemente, umane....e ci tengo a sottolineare che sono da sempre quella che si dice una persona "di sinistra". La Cina, come del resto tutti quei Paesi dove non vengono rispettati i diritti degli esseri umani e degli animali, non fa onore agli ideali della sinistra, nè tantomeno a quelli generali del vivere civile.
