Hello My Opera Valentines

,

Here is what at first glance, looks like a sweet story from a friend of mine on how she manifested love. But if you read between the lines, you will also realize that there are some really great, "how tos" in there about visualization and manifestation.

Yes, you can manifest love! I know, because I have done it. To manifest love, it is not enough to know what you don't want - you must have a clear image of what you do want.

I began with the notion that I wanted someone just like my husband, but without the 20 years of baggage. Along came a delightful man, who fit that description exactly, but who was just 26 years old and simply not suitable for a long-term relationship.

It was blissful, but brief. I tried again to manifest love, with the image of someone just like my sweet boy, but having about 5 years more emotional maturity. Four months later, I met him - almost exactly five years older, and perfectly matched to me in every way.

The only problem was
- he was visiting from Sweden. I didn't have to try again, though - he's emigrating to be with me. So if I can manifest love, and draw the right person to me from the other side of the world, then you, too, can manifest love!

I hope you enjoyed the manifestation story above. The basics of what she did can be modified and used effectively for manifesting other (even non-romantic) relationship goals. I've used it often, if not almost constantly, in such things as dealing with family members, friends, co-workers, business associates, neighbors, and the list goes on.

Happy Valentine's Day from Lilly!

What Do Sugar Plums Grow On?

Finally, I've figured it out. "What are Sugar Plums?"

I've been repeating the poem T'was the Night Before Christmas over and over again in years gone past and finally it occurred to me that I really did NOT know what they, "Sugar Plums," were.

  • What did they look like?
  • Did they grow on trees?
  • How could I have visions of them when I didn't know what they were?

It bothers me when my whole website is supposed to be about visualizing and I couldn't "visualize" a simple Sugar Plum? So I was on a mission. A mission to expose the elusive sugar plum.

I began by interrogating those around me. What I found was that there weren't many others who knew what they were also.

What did I find? Well, that's a secret but you need to go to the article based on my research and findings  called Visions of Sugar Plums.

But I will tell you this: There's a recipe in it for you.

Can You Use the Law of Attraction to Control Your Mind

,

Whoever said that you can’t use the law of attraction to control your mind? Maybe they didn’t have the right law of attraction tools.

The inner mind provides us with a powerful feedback mechanism. Does that sound familiar? In its true essence, this is what is spoken of as the Law of Attraction in the movie The Secret.

If we can pay close attention to our inner emotional responses, we can communicate with ourselves more effectively. It’s called living life from the inside out. It’s using our brain to attract the feedback you need to create positive changes within you.

Someone once told me:

If you can formulate the question in your mind, you already know the answer.

You can imagine what I thought of that comment at first, until I actually tried it. I cleared my mind and asked a question to myself. Sat there, and it was really, not too long after, that the answer came to me.

In this way, all you really have to do is to control your mind using the law of attraction towards obtaining those things that makes you happy just by listening to your inner self. How easy could this be if you had control of your mind to systematically think it, then, immediately attract it.

Relationships

Learning to use these tools, we learn how to control our mind via listening, a powerful positive reinforcement technique, used in couples counseling. What a better place to use this positive reinforcement method than with your lifelong partner, your mind.

After all, who knows your dreams, goals, and intentions better than you do? Who else has access to your inner thoughts and desires?

Controlling your mind does not mean abuse. How can we ever expect positive outcomes by using the law of attraction to attract abusive outcomes. Control with a strong but caring hand.

Use your inner voice to feel inspired and encouraged. Emphasize your strong points while gently and lovingly pointing out where you need to do some work, remembering that you are the foremost authority on yourself.

Control your mind by using the law of attraction to your advantage. Successfully accomplish this and you and your mind will travel effortlessly down the road to happiness.
