I do 20 minutes on the treadmill, with a heart rate goal of 150 - 155.
Then 20 minutes of any of the elliptical machines, again with my heart rate goal of 150 - 155.
And 3 sets of 10 reps on several different machines for various body parts.
I have not once felt uncomfortable going into that gym, it is always clean and everyone is friendly. I've gotten some wonderful tips from other work-outers, and even got my fiancée to join the gym! I am overweight, and hate it. I've been wanting to change my lifestyle, and I have been actively trying that but lately what I was originally doing just wasn't enough. It was getting frustrating, and that's only normal right?

I have been going down a long and tedious road, and have tried so much to help myself become a better, healthier person. I've lost 100 pounds since 2008, and I am trying so hard to lose my last 110 - 130 pounds right now before my wedding in September of next year.
