symbian msmobile
Normally I'm not big on suggestion people visit "other" mobile technology resource, however, this article is simply too funny to leave alone! Looks like msmobiles are whining once again, claiming foul and making hilarious accusations.
was referred to this article by a google news search for "symbian" related topics, however, to my surprise the piece is all about bashing Symbian and and anyone/anything associated with Symbian. The writer goes as far as ripping on industry analyst Canalys, suggesting their data is nothing more than "lies"... then the "writer" gors on to suggest that a number of journalists running websites with the word "symbian" in their name are even going as far as accepting "bribes" from microsoft because their travel is being provided to an event. Hey, msmobile... you might like to know that the practice of technology writers being invited to events is as old as the Internet and if you had any depth to your material you might actually get an invitation to an event someday yourself. Until then though, thanks for providing the laughs and please keep it up so we can occasionally visit and get a good chuckle.
For a laugh

symbian, symbianone, smartphoneshow, london s60
Frankly, if you don't know that next week is the annual Symbian Smartphone Show you must have been trekking in the Amazon. If you don't have time to pack your bags for London there will be plenty of coverage to let you live the show vicariously.
SymbianOne's Richard Bloor will be attending the Symbian Smartphone Show and will be updating our SymbianOne Flickr photoblog from the show floor using ShoZu - battery life on our much maligned Nokia N80 permitting. (Richard could be heard muttering darkly about the lack of a ShoZu client for UIQ3.) To stay up on news fromm the show see

nokia s60 n95 n75 symbian smartphone
Today in New York Nokia launched the next generation of S60 (series 60) smartphones including the way cool
Nokia N95 - an all-in-one multimedia computer with a pioneering 2-way slide concept, integrated GPS functionality, a 5 megapixel camera and support for high-speed mobile networks. Truly a converged device, this unit will definitely make people wonder why they are lugging around MP3 players, cameras, and even notebooks along with their cell phone. No doubt a big price tag will come with the unit but the functionality will offset any heart ache associated with the price. Not to be forgotten, Nokia also introduced a symbian OS device focused on the US-based user, the
Nokia N75. This smartphone will be ready to buy this Christmas and has been optimized for the North American user and hopes to be Nokia's solution to bring S60 to the masses in North America.. stay tuned on that one. Finally, Nokia also revealed a linup of Music-focused smartphones (Nokia N7o, n73, n91) , designed to provide fast and simple access to the functionality that people need to enjoy music from their mobile device - synch, one button play, music management, and loads of storage (ie. 8 GB) - the N91 is even USB 2 enabled.. nice!
