Apple's Deeper Mobile Play and will we see an Apple MVNO? Researchers think so

Thinktank Visiongain believes that the years 2006 and 2007 will see Apple's product offerings accelerate as it focuses on convergence technologies and taking this even further, the company envisions an Apple MVNO. Recently at cTIA wireless, a panel discussion on mobil music used Apple as a focal point in driving the direction of the industry. The panelists even speculated that an MNVO was inevitable by the company. So, in an effort to curb the phone markers from stealing marketshare.. look at the Nokia N series of devices for example which boast rich mobile entertainment functionality supported by huge memory capacity, easiy enabling users to carrry about 1,000 MP3s on the cell phone. In 2006, visiongain expects over 40% of all cars sold in the US in 2006 to offer iPod connectivity - not MP3 player connectivity, but iPod only... they also speculate about Apple iPod getting VoIP functionality...
