The Unresolved

Eg veit i himmerik ei borg

, , , , ,

It's one of those songs I like to sing in the evening when it's just getting dark.
To those who speak Norwegian, I neither speak nor understand the language, so please forgive the bad pronunciation and help me improve it.
I know the song deserves more vigor, but my landlady's home and I'm too shy to belt out. I also like singing this song in this much lower pitch, but I'll try the higher pitched one later sometime, when nobody's home. smile

It hasn't occurred to me we haven't ...Naked as we came (Iron and Wine) cover

It's a Norwegian folk song. I just really like how it sounds, and I heard it in Sissel's voice (which happens to be one of my most favorite voices). Later I read the English translation/variation in wiki. I dont really care for the meaning in songs like this, where the sound is enough to hook me right in.

Sissel Kyrkjebo is a soprano, originally from Norway. I love her voice.

You could gain some money with your voice, Baswa smile
I've always liked it!

These languages of of north-west Europe have very strange sounds, difficult pronunciations. See-> Scandinavia, Poland, France, England smile
