I'm using such an arrangement of bars:
view_bar_&_tab_bar_in_myopera
Very much comfortably is to have tab bar at the bottom :smile:

I am apologizing for my statement. Now I understand that there are people which wanted to have such an arrangement of toolbars in the Opera. I found it in the one of forum's topics.
You are trying to meet needs! :yes:
According to your example I can probably edit K-Meleon's files, in order to obtain this arrangement which I like.
K-Meleon doesn't have such a light regulation, like Opera.
Thanks for the inspiration! :D

Is there any way to remove the "my.opera.com" that appears just below the tab bar in the centre of the page? I gets jumbled with all the text on webpages.

It's not possible but you can add button. Drag & drop the following button to your toolbar. Close

Here how to set Close button only on active tab
You can do it by modifing skin.ini in your skin package...
Find section [Pagebar Close Button Skin]
and set Width and Height to 0:
Width = 0
Height = 0

Thank god, Opera is increasingly hostile to a Firefox-type layout, in 9.5 you can't even add browser buttons to the personal bar, which is how I did it before.
