I really cant tell in words how good the movie is. If u wanted to see two fights, six songs, comedy and romantic scenes, this movie is not for u. Watch this movie if you care for the society and love to encourage film making. Hats off to Director Ram for taking up such a concept and making it inot a such a strong film.
Jeeva is a Tamil graduate who due to love for Tamil, takes up a job of a tamil teacher for a salary of Rs.2000. His friends to whom he helped with their Resumes earn Rs. 200000 per month in IT. The film shows how Jeeva looses everything in life for just loving Tamil in Tamil Nadu. It realisticly shows how a young man loving Tamil is demoralised by the society. I just am unable to say more guys... Just go and watch it.
And now for another movie at the other extreme end of the spectrum...
This was another good movie I found after Athadu and this one is really cute. The movie is basically a simple story of a over protective rich father (Prakash Raj) and a modern day son (Siddarth) who wants to be happy with self-dependence. When son wants a simple T-shirt, the father gives him a Louis Philippe shirt and so on. The son then decides that two things in his life will be decided by him one his Carrer and the other, his Love. The story is how he gets these two things in life, said in a amzingly beautiful and simple way.
This is one film which you can watch with your family and find everyone loving it. You won't find dance in rain sequences or hero fighting with 50 well built men or anything generally associated with Telugu cinema. Everything about the film is beautiful (starting with Genelia) and you will definitely want to watch this film over and over again. Telugu cinema has sure come off age!!!
Siddarth's acting is great and Genelia is really amazing. She looks almost perfect. Her character (Hassini) is one of the most bubbliest characters I have seen for a long time in a cinema. Genelia will make you fall for her. Prakash raj as usual does his role with ease and poise playing the over-protective father. Background music is excellent and the songs especially Ippudo, eppudo is superb. great work by Devi Sri Prasad.
