I launched my personal website a while ago at
www.taufiqahmed.comIts just a landing page for information about me and my work. I tried to keep the site simple and elegant with only necessary information.

the main idea of a card type site actually came from a theme of Card.ly website (which is no longer available). That site provided a simple hcard based information page with very good themes and integrated social feeds.

I was looking for a kind of blogging platform which can aggregate all my interaction with many other famous services in one place. I frequently use Google Reader, Delicious, Twitter and Google Blogspot. So all feeds in one place can make it easier for me to redirect my followers to one page for all my shared content. And I stumbled upon
Tumblr.
This is great product for people like me who maintain several online identities and want to share their content in one place. Tumblr can import feeds from many website and also supports RSS feeds and show them in nicely formatted way. Their dashboard is easy and feature packed for quickly posting text, photos, video and links.The theme collection and customization is great too.

As I have always wanted to have a personal site of my own where I will put my software and other collection to help my frineds and people to find an easy solution for their everyday computing life, I m starting my mission from now
I am gathering up files to upload and decinding which storage server I want to use.
there is two option for me
1. Skydrive with 25gb space
2. Mediafire with unlimited space
lets see how it goes. Currently I am facing some problem of creating a Live Mail ID.
lot of preparation needs to be done. Huge files to be uploaded, thnx I have a good internet line
for now so that would be no problem.

Its our Bengali new Year.and usually we all get together at morning and start the day by welcoming the new year by singing and taking our tradiotional meal, that is Rice and Fish.
This time, the new year is whole lot different for me. There are many reasons for that.
for the first time, I shopped a lot for me,my wife and my mother also. Yeah spend a lot, I m very happy with that. Our varsity will be celebrating the New Year in the campus for the first time which I m attening for must with all my friends. So there will be a hell lot of fun. I m so excited about all of this. So enjoy my friends and refresh your mind for a new start.

I was recently thinking about starting a blog of my own. But want to do it in my way. but haven't got the time to do so. I have to make a webpage of myself where I will put all my latest discoveries to make the life easy. But that will take time. So better of start with this, My favorite Opera community.
