I don't speak English at all

As some of you already know I'm a Venezuelan.

My mother tongue is Spanish --not anything but Venezuelan Spanish. So, we have hundreds of venezolanismos, Venezuelanism, that should be the appropriate term--I'm not sure as ever with the English (smile)

The idea is, my Spanish is full of typical phrases making sense only for us, Venezuelans. It's the same everywhere, I suppose. Idioms, slang, sayings. I love to learn all of that, or at least, to have a slight knowledge of it.

But, you all should be aware I'm not speak English AT ALL --please don't be confused because I can use some English phrases. That is just only a game for me. Nothing serious, but just fun.

I think firmly is totally wrong to think I can understand you clearly --speaking of English native speakers. I can suppose or guessing what you are saying but I shall be never totally sure. It's my lack of fluency --I DO know it..

But if you are aware of it, you will be being nice if you don't infer always me getting you so clearly ever..
It would be really nice from you all..

Creo que a principios de año, todos hacemos un recuento de nuestras actividades en el año anterior.

Pues, he estado pensando, que no es muy fácil ser mi amigo o mi amiga.

Además de disléxica...

Yo no celebro aquellas fiestas (ni cumpleaños, ni San Valentín, Carnaval, Semana Santa, Dia de las Madres, dia del Padre, del Niño, Fecha Patrias, Navidad y Fin de Año), no me gustan ciertas creencias, las películas de terror, ni vampiros, ni violentas --Había olvidado, el bendito Halloween. Detesto Facebook al mismo grado que al sushi. Y aunque me gustan las historias de niños, no así las hadas, ni los duendes.

Evito el ocultismo y la magia. No me gusta el lenguaje grosero, vulgar e indecente. Rechazo el prejucio de cualquier índole y no me gusta ser juzgada por mis creencias, pues lo mismo trato de hacer con las de los demás. Yo respeto.

Ah, y el sexo: pues eso es un asunto privado. Eso es entre la pareja. Es privado. Si ustedes quieren hablar de eso, o de cualquiera de esos temas, pues, hay millones de blogs por allí. No teneís que hacerlo en el mío.

Yo trato de ponerme en el lugar de los demás y por eso, entiendo muy bien, que no es nada fácil, lidiar conmigo.

Así, que todos vosotros, tendreís la oportunidad de escojer fácilmente si seguir siendo mis amigos o no.. Tengo algunos muy muy buenos, y aún así, no están en mi lista. Okay, ¿qué sugiero? Pues, remuéveme de tu lista y si de verdad ambos estamos interesados, mantendremos el contacto.

Nú, no voy a removeros, no aún, no yo.. Porque si lo hago ahora, los removeré a todos y esa sensación de ser borrado de una lista de amigos, es horrible. Si quieres me borras tu, yo lo tolero bien. Apenas, me sonrío un poco y pienso que hay que respetar la decisión ajena.

Ah, una última cosita: No voy a escribiros a cada uno de vosotros en particular. Nú, no voy a hacerlo. Por eso, he hecho este nota..

Muchas gracias por leerla completa y/o traducirla si era ese el caso.





PS:
No pasó nada. Todo está bien para mí. Sólo que necesitaba escribir una nota acerca de este asunto que rondaba mi cabeza desde hace días. Si me animo luego, la traduzco a Terenglish..

Well, I've been thinking that it's not very easy being my friend.

Aside of the Dyslexia ...

I don't celebrate those holidays and other occasions, which other people celebrate ... such as birthdays, Valentine's Day, Carnival, Holy Week, Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, Patriotic Celebrations, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve.

I don't like certain beliefs. I don't like horror movies, vampire movies and violent movies in general. Oh, I had forgotten the much-despised Halloween. I detest Facebook on the same level as Sushi. And even though I like children's stories, I don't like stories about Fairies & Elves.

I avoid the occult and magic. I don't like rude, coarse, vulgar, foul ... indecent language in general. I am against prejudice of any nature and I don't like to be judged for my beliefs. By the same token, I try to respect the beliefs of others.

Oh, and Sex: Well, that is a private matter. That is between the consenting couple. It is private. If you all want to talk about that or any other similar topics ... well, there are millions of Blogs out there. You don't have to do it here on mine.

I try to put myself in other people's place and that is why I understand very well that it is not very easy at all to put up with me.

So, you all have the opportunity to easily choose whether to continue being my friends or not. I have some very, very good ones and yet, they're not on my list. Okay, what do I suggest? Well, remove me from your list and if we're both truly interested, we will maintain contact.

No, I'm not going to remove you all, not even, not me. Because if I do it now, I shall remove everyone, and that feeling of being erased from the Friends' List, is horrible. If you want, you can erase me. I will handle it well. Just barely, I smile a little bit and think that we should respect the decision of other people.

Oh, one last little thing: I'm not going to write to each and everyone of you. No, I'm not going to do it. That is why I have made this note.

Thank you very much for reading it completely.

PS:
Nothing happened. Everything is well with me. I simply needed to write a note regarding this matter that had been hovering around my head the last several days.

I have had a blog for over years now and I noticed, people who host graphic porn images have been visiting me. If you have one of these sites, don’t waste your time sending me your friend request because I will block you instead.

I do not now, nor will I ever, have anything to do with a site that promotes porn. No, I’m not a prude and if people want to watch it, I really don’t care BUT I DO CARE that it is entirely too easy for anybody to think I like the same things.. You will be judged by the company you keep!

I think that putting it on a site like MyOpera is unconscionable. In fact, I believe MyOpera is not a proper site for promoting porn.

Now you have been properly warned.
