Birthday weekend

A few weekends back (weekend of the 22nd and 23rd of August) was a right proper birthday weekend. On the Friday we celebrated my mother-in-law's 70th with a party
Then on Saturday it was my turn - my 40th. I was being miserable and didn't want to do anything, so we chilled at home in the morning, went to Lulworth (with my new camera
) for the afternoon and watched a DVD in the evening
And then on Sunday was my mother-in-law's actual birthday, so we we had a family meal and went down to the beach (catching a bit of the Bournemouth Airshow on the way)
A thoroughly good weekend - not bad for someone who didn't want to do much
