Julia's brother Marcus came over to the UK recently. As well as some personal stuff he had to sort out, we spent some time with him. We went out for a family meal together in Parkstone (at Le Bateau)
We also went out with Tracey to Mr Kyps to see Roxy Magic (a Roxy Music tribute band with a rather good lookilikee Bryan Ferry)

St Mark's Church, wedding, Bournemouth, Nancy

Yesterday Marcus got married to Nancy. They were married at St Mark's Church in Bournemouth
Nancy arrived at the Church with her father, Tony in a pink hot rod
After the ceremony there were photos in the grounds of the church and then they headed off, in the pink hot rod for more photos at the beach, whilst all the guests piled over to the Orchid Hotel in Bournemouth for a drink reception, followed by a traditional reception and the speeches
and then in the evening we had a disco and drunk rather a lot

Julia's brother Marcus is getting married tomorrow (Monday 22nd) and last night was his stag night. Andy, the best man, sorted him out for the night...
We went bowling in the afternoon, with Marcus dressed up as a bowling pin (although I still maintain he looked like a sperm with go faster stripes).
then we headed into Bournemouth for drinks, before heading to Pizza Express for some food. At which point Marcus had to change costume again, this time as a cheerleeder
Then it was back to the pubs and on to Jumpin Jaks (although some of us headed back to a hotel for drinks instead).

Julia's brother Marcus and his Fiance Nancy are back in the UK from Australia (via New York). We all piled round to Maureen's this afternoon to see them

Bournemouth, Marcus, surfing
Last Sunday we headed down to Bournemouth beach to watch Marcus surf. I'd never really watched surfing, but it's an amazingly patient sport, particularly when there aren't many "good" waves. Nonetheless, it was a good opportunity for taking some photos
