food, Mr Kyps, Marcus, Parkstone
...
Julia's brother Marcus came over to the UK recently. As well as some personal stuff he had to sort out, we spent some time with him. We went out for a family meal together in Parkstone (at Le Bateau)
We also went out with Tracey to Mr Kyps to see Roxy Magic (a Roxy Music tribute band with a rather good lookilikee Bryan Ferry)

food, Parky Network
We had our Parky Network friends round for a pot luck supper on Thursday (i.e. everyone brings something to eat and it's "pot luck" what you get). We had a major feast - there was curry, chilli, cottage pie, pasta bake, quiche for main course and chocolate cake, chocolate trifle, homemade ice cream for pud! Nice

I think everyone enjoyed themselves and it gave us a chance to brainstorm future activities and play on the Wii Fit.

food, Casino
Friday night was Maureen's choice for a venue for a night out with Marcus, before he goes back to Aus. She chose Maxims Casino in Bournemouth, where we had a lovely meal and played the tables.
Are gambling was modest. Julia and I came home £7 better off, unlike Tracey who won £30!
