Only fourteen states have made it illegal. I think I'd rather have a drunk coming at me than than someone who is texting.

I witnessed an accident this morning and it wouldn't surprise me if the driver had been texting or talking on his mobile phone.

at least the drunk will have some vision(even if it is double).
A texting person drives as a blind person would have
for periods of time
(even if they are short periods)
with 50 mph or more driving,
the seconds count more than one can imagine!
