What is needed to have a popular blog? :confused:

First I'd say a certain number of visitors couldn't be bad. But I definitely know, that my blog doesn't attract that huge crowd of interested ones. So what else could it be? :left:

I really don't know the answer to this question. Perhaps you've got a clue? If you think so, please let me know. :wait:

While then I'd say it just needs a computer collecting you out of numerous blogs and puts you on a list in front of a blog post called "test" Homer: Doh! :lol: :headbang:

Chin up thobi. I too have asked the same question. Constant, friends will keep visiting you and leaving their footprint on your pages, but some friends may arrive wearing a Klingon invisibility cloak and read what you say and enjoy and appreciate your creativity. But if they don't uncloak you will not know they have been.

Popularity for its own sake is an opium - beware it does not draw you (all of us) in to the Pipe of Hokum. Remember also Rudyard Kipling's immortal and eopic poem "IF" and take comfort in its words of truth and wisdom. Other bloggers have 'busy blogs' but may well be asking themselves the same question that you are asking. In a sense we all write for ourselves but perhaps we all hope that others will share in what we all create. It certainly works for some and perhaps not so well for others.
