opera 10 alpha

Next generation internet browsing is on its way :wink: Just grab yourself the next (alpha) version of Opera's Browser (Dev.Opera, Desktop Team).

But what's new?
  • Presto 2.2 rendering engine makes Opera faster and more compatible (e.g. 100/100 points on the Acid 3 test :wink: ) :up:
  • New update function :up:
  • Inline spell checking included
  • Opera Mail improvements, including rich text composition and delete after X days :up:
  • and much more :smile:

opera 10 rules - just asking myself why they don't title it OperaX *hm*

ps: the blog design looks WAY cooler with opera 10 than with 9.5 :wink: :hat: :headbang:

to be honest with you thobi,
if myself and my two kids are healthy nothing else it is important to me :smile:
however that Tamil character is way too fast for his own good!
I still like him imenselly !

as for Opera , it sure rules!!!!

it is just a video/music have a pick during your break :smile:

ps: have to see the video later as i'm sitting in a library atm and i suppose it's not even half the fun watching without any sound or the music of snow patrol in my ears (thx2my SE mobile :up:)

:D I'm loving Opera10. It's fast, secure, and doesn't seem to have any bugs! I was worried about downloading an Alpha, but I should have known better with Opera. Expect perfection!

unfortunately it's got its bugs :frown: already found some. but this alpha is more stable than a windows final :wink:

:smile: I just installed it yesterday, the only problem I had was that it put four icons on my desktop..
My bookmarks are gone, and I have re-customize my speed dial.
I love the inline spell check.

Remember IE6..What a joke that was!!

this is why you should use opera link :wink:

hm, don't had that problems. but you're right: opera links makes it easier to just reinstall a (clean) new opera :wink:

Yeah, just great... deletes all my bookmarks in an attempt to force me to store all my details on their computer which is not what I want to do.

I tried "import opera bookmarks" in an attempt to get them back but that just does nothing! :frown:

did you install the alpha-version???

1. never upgrade without a backup
2. perhaps it's just a configuration problem. head over to the forums to find some help -> link
