opera 9.6 - discover opera! choose opera!

, , ,

Good news, everyone! Today Opera launched its Browser version 9.6, which enhances the performance and flexibility of Opera's built-in e-mail client, while adding new features to Opera's free browser-synchronization service, Opera Link... Among other things. Also, Opera 9.6 is of course being shipped with features many of you already have come to know and love, such as Speed Dial (one-click access to your favorite site), session restore, mouse gestures, etc. :hat:

All these features and many others bring a fresh approach to browsing the Web with Opera 9.6.

So choose Opera and download it now!

Also there is a new page called Discover Opera which helps you to find out how Opera works and what its benefits are

It strikes me that Opera's much more than just another browser. Choosing a browser has become a very personal choice. It says a lot what kind of person you are and who you identify yourself with... Or maybe it just has something to do with the ridiculous amount of time I spend online. FireFox, Chrome, Safari, IE, etc. does not come close (from my point of view) to the functionality of Opera. A colleague of mine watched me work using Opera the other day and I was bouncing back and forth using tabs, history, custom search, before he blurted: "You gotta show me how you just did all of that." Muahahah, it's fun to show off browser skillz.
