Tiago Romão

On the 1st November Tiago went to the II Troféu Sabugueiro. There was held a relay competition in the morning and a sprint one in the afternoon. Tiago run the last course, after Celso Moiteiro and Joaquim Sousa, and won with an advantage of more than 20 minutes to the second team.
In the afternoon Tiago also won the sprint event, completing the 3.2 km in 17min 57sec.

On the 2nd November was COC´s 10th aniversary in Leiria. So Tiago went there for a meeting of all the "COC Family". As i know they had a course in the morning and a lunch, where several athletes were distinguished... Tiago has been considered best foot-o athlete of the year!
