House hunting....

...Thinking whether to buy one without any idea what the thing will cost and all the administration that follows...is absolutely wrong. But to make up our minds using up-to-date data on Jakarta's property is the right thing to do
On that in mind we spent most of our weekend traversing the south-western part of the Greater Jakarta area that is Pamulang, Bintaro, and Serpong (an area roughly half the size of Singapore)...I just realize that the Greater Jakarta area is so BIG
Here is some picture from some of our favourites:

Here, we do all the searching online. When we find what we want, we call the agent, and they will take us to see the house. The agent cost is 3% of the house's total price and pay by the seller. In my area, Long & Foster Real Estate is a very well known real estate company.
Best of lucks!
