I have never attempted to made a fruit tart. Haven't baked something for two days, I was hunting for new recipe on the foodgawker and was amazed by the beauty and multi-color of the fruit tart.
At lunch, I walk to the nearby Citimark to buy some fruit, nut and flour. (By the way, this is a memorable experience for me and for you: don't buy fruit in the super-market when there is no price mark. I was almost broke when I pay for the Strawberry and some dry raisin at the cashier. However, this Match Berry Tart pay off for everything I spent:
Ingredients:For the crust (make about 10 small tarts):
+ 1 cup butter at room temperature
+ 8 to 9 tea spoon white sugar
+ 2 cup flour (can be all-purpose flour or cake flour)
For the filling:
+ 250 gram Mascapone Cheese
+ 1 Table spoon Matcha powder
+ 1 Table spoon Condensed Milk
+ 2 Table spoon Sugar
+ 300 gram fresh Strawberry
+ 10 dry raisin
Directions:For the crust:
1/ Cream the butter and sugar, then add the flour.
2/ Mix all the ingredients by spoon and then by hand unitl fully combined and not sticky any more. Can add coating flour if you like. You can use one large tart pan or 10 small tart pans like I did.
Grease and then press the crust into the bottom and edges of the tart pan (about 1/4 inch thick)
Put all of them on a cookie sheet and baked at 250 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly golen brown. Let cool completely before you fill

For the Matcha mascapone cheese filling:
Beat the cheese with sugar, matcha powder and condensed milk unitl light and spreadable. fill the crusts with appropriate amount
Wash, cut and dry the strawberry (cut into 4 pieces) and place on top the way you like
You can eat right away or keep refrigerated before serving
For the fruit tart, I decorate them like a cherry blossom and place the dry black raisin in the center.
The redness of Strawberry (the Queen of Fruit)looks so outstanding on the Matcha Greentea filling. They are so beautiful, delicious and healthy too !!!
