Streusel Banana Bread (Recipe with Photos Tutorial)

So Yummy!
How moist it is!
This is my new version of banana bread. I roasted the banana first and also add the streusel topping at the end. The cinnamon makes the bread more tasty and the crunchy streusel topping is my favorite part when enjoying it. The original recipe uses butter and more sugar than my altered recipe, so my bread is more healthy but still super moist and scrumptious. In this recipe, I also start using photos tutorial to help you better understanding the process. Now let's start!
PREPARATION:

When there is roughly 10 minutes left on the timer you will want to make the streusel topping.

Pull out the banana bread from the oven. It should be slightly golden and still jiggly. Evenly coat the bread with the walnut mixture, try to evenly distribute the nuts, the parchment paper keeps them from falling off.Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until a tester comes back clean.
Let cool before removing and slicing! Using the parchment paper as "handles" to get it out of the pan helps a lot!Now get your bread knife and slice it up.
You could stop here, or you could... spread some butter on it!

Enjoy your healthy snack!
