Gaming on my Gamecube!

, ,

Sure most Nintendo fans love the WII.
The WII is cool and has that WII-mote control.
It's this generations console.
It is backwards compatible with Gamecube games and has downloadable Virtual Console for older games.
But believe it or not not all of the Nintendo crowd has a WII or is planning to buy a WII.
I am one said person.
I've been a fan of Nintendo for years mind you.
From my days playing Duck Hunt and Dr. Mario on an NES system,to trying to beat my cousin at Donkey Kong Country 64 on Nintendo 64.
I adore Nintendo.
It's original games,lack of extreme violence,and consoles.
So it's no wonder I own a Gamecube still at my age.
My first one I bought back in late 2002.
It was indigo blue ad came with Luigi's Mansion.
Due to moving,I lost it and the game.
Only recently did I buy a newer one in jet black with controller for US $40.
I replaced Luigi's Mansion as well.
Actually, nowadays I have many more games in my stash than before!
My games included:

Super Smash Bros. Melee
Luigi's Mansion
Donkey Kong Jungle Beat
Donkey Konga 2
NBA 2005
Pac-Man World 2
Pac-Man Fever
Super Monkeyball 2
Eggmania: Eggtreme Madness
Sonic Heroes

I am still trying to get my hands on Zelda: Twilight Princes,Mario Strikers,Madden NFL 2008,Red Steel,Resident Evil 4 and Zero,Spongebob:Creatures from the Krusty Krab, and Donkey Kong Barrel Blast(Gamecube).
These games are the same as the Wii counterparts!
Only different is the widescreen mode and HD.
I use
Goozex,
Swaptree,and
Playerchain

Both are good systems for getting used games and goods with points or credits and not cash.
No items needed just lots of points to use.
I prefer to trade this way.
I got some new ones from Playerchain, and I'll say it works as well as Goozex does.but just a little slower.
Some of the users with games take awhile to reply to a request.
But then again, this is Summer and most are on vacation.

Swaptree is fast, but the games you get on there are the result of a good swap.
Not so hot if you lack items worth something you want.
Others also refuse to share at time too.

As for the Gamecube itself,I love it.
I can play Japanese game versions with Freeloader and Gameboy Advanced games with the Gameboy Player for Gamecube.
The Wii doesn't have that.
I have the jet black model of that and the black Gamecube with digital AV port.
Some same this version is rare to find or old from 2002.
I believe it is because according to the wikki it was removed in 2004.
I also have a Nintendo 251 memory card.
New Gamecubes are still around but hard to find.
The platinum model is the one mostly for sell now at it's original price.
