Lessons, my life taught me

- I may be entirely wrong.
- Never underestimate anyone. Not anyone. Never ever.
- It's quite remarkable how many people's self-esteem seems to be desperately dependent on their underestimating someone.
- I may be entirely wrong.
- White supremacists are losers. As are, indeed, all racists.
- Misogynists are losers.
- It's rather nice to know that you are loved by someone that you love. (The resident cat purrs approvingly.)
- I may be entirely wrong.
- Other people's opinions of me often tell much more about themselves than about me.
- I may be entirely wrong.
- Goofiness may be somewhat impractical, but it's rather endearing.
- It's easy for me to think of people that I consider to be superior to myself. It's also easy to think of people who evidently want me to feel inferior to them. These two categories of people have nothing in common.
- And did I remember to say that I may be entirely wrong?
This list is, of course, incomplete. I may decide to add to it.
